Flexible Ticket Exchanges
As a subscriber you may exchange tickets for another performance within the same program or you may exchange your tickets from one program to another —even from Classics to TSO Pops! Exchanges are limited by venue and series purchased. While we do not charge exchange fees, upgrade fees may apply. Excludes Specials.

Ticket Insurance
Misplace your tickets? Call or come to the TSO Box Office and we will replace them. Or come on the night of your scheduled subscription concert to the Box Office Ticket Sales Window and we will reissue your tickets or provide a seating pass.
100% Season-Ticket Refunds
If you are unable to attend the 2012-2013 Season series you have purchased, return your tickets before the first concert in the series and you will receive a 100% “no-questions-asked” refund for the entire season (service fees excluded).

Can’t Attend? Deduct!
Can’t make your concert and don’t want to exchange dates or cannot find a friend to use them? Turn your subscription in to the Box Office up to 24 hours prior to the performance – you will get a tax-deductible receipt and another music lover will have a chance to hear the TSO in your great seats. Single tickets are not eligible for tax-deduction program.
