Lend a hand through one of these dedicated organizations. Our supporters contribute in all kinds of ways, and support through volunteering your time is very much needed and appreciated!
Tucson Symphony Orchestra League (TSOL)
The TSOL supports the Tucson Symphony Orchestra through fundraising programs and events. TSOL recruits TSO office volunteers, creates programs to increase awareness of the TSO, and builds constituencies among outlying communities, professional groups, service organizations and others. TSOL membership is open to singles and couples. For more information, please contact TSOL President Norma Ancona at 520-742-5778, visit tucsonsymphony.org/tsol, or download the brochure.
Tucson Symphony Cotillion Ball Advisory Committee
The Tucson Symphony Cotillion Ball Advisory Committee oversees the Tucson Symphony Cotillion, held each November as a major fund-raising event, benefiting our wonderful Tucson Symphony Orchestra. The Ball Advisory Committee is committed to maintaining and protecting the traditions, beauty and high standards of the Cotillion Ball.
For more than 50 years of Tucson Symphony Cotillion Balls, participating Young Patronesses have spent months learning the origin and history of Cotillions while gaining an understanding of the importance of social interactions that accompany civic leadership and philanthropy. These young women, who are seniors in high school, also learn about the history, programs and services offered by the Tucson Symphony Orchestra.
The Junior Patronesses of the Tucson Symphony Cotillion wear beautiful white dresses and continue to make their bows 50 years later. They carry red roses and dance with their fathers in a tradition that has evolved into a philanthropic rite of passage for many local girls and their families. For further information please contact Rebecca Sundt at (520) 290-6867.
Tucson Symphony Store
Tucson Symphony Store, operated by TSO volunteers, is the place to shop for that unique or whimsical gift with a musical motif. Visit the Store in the Tucson Music Hall lobby on Classic and TSO Pops! concert nights. All net proceeds support the Tucson Symphony Orchestra’s performances and education programs.
