I use a wheelchair. What do I need to know about attending TSO events?
The TSO offers wheelchair access to every event. Ushers will assist with directions and any accommodations. When purchasing your tickets, please ask to reserve wheelchair and adjacent companion seating (i.e., in the same area) or request other assistance. Please note that wheelchairs are not provided at the venues.

Handicapped parking is available at every TSO-sponsored concert on a first-come, first-served basis. For performances at the Tucson Music Hall, Lot C (entrance on Granada Avenue) has the closest handicapped parking directly behind the Music Hall. Lot A (entrance on Church Avenue) has many more handicapped parking spaces, and the route from that parking lot to Tucson Music Hall is wheelchair accessible, though not as close as Lot C. Please contact the TSO Box Office at (520) 882-8585 for information about handicapped parking at other venues.

I’m hearing impaired. Do you offering listening assisting devices?
A volume-controllable headset system is available at the Tucson Music Hall for hearing-impaired patrons. Headsets are available in the Main Lobby at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. A driver’s license or credit card is held as a deposit until the headset is returned.
