In 2018 Tucson Symphony Orchestra performed Star Wars: A New Hope, the first of the films to be made. Now Tucson audiences can experience the second film of the original trilogy.

Students from the Introductory and Intermediate Young Composers Project classes will have their pieces performed by the String Quintet and Brass Quintet. Following each initial reading, the student composer will make recommendations to the musicians on the performance of their work. Musicians will then perform the work again to be recorded for the students’ personal use.
