An Installation Presented by the Tucson Symphony Orchestra
Momento Cósmico is part of the Transcend Your Senses movement emphasizing the transformative power of orchestral music. By stirring emotions, encouraging reflection, and fostering a sense of community, the campaign reinforces TSO’s dedication to providing enriching cultural experiences that extend beyond the traditional concert hall, making the arts more accessible to all Tucsonans.

Momento Cósmico is an immersive art installation that draws inspiration from the celestial wonders of the cosmos and the dynamic energy of the Sonoran Desert monsoon, featuring music performed by Your Tucson Symphony Orchestra.
Designed by Tucson-based artist and architect Myles Peña in partnership with BRINK Media Group, Momento Cósmico engages the senses by blending sight, sound, and touch into a unified, immersive experience. Set against the backdrop of Sentinel Peak (“A” Mountain), the reflective aluminum structure harmoniously integrates with the native plant life, creating a seamless connection with the surrounding landscape and the modern aesthetic of the Annex complex.
Experience it for yourself through January, 2025 at the Mercado San Agustin Annex. Get a great photo? Share it with #MomentoCosmico and tag us @tucsonsymphony
