As the co-leader of global contemporary women’s luxury fashion brand Leon Max, Inc., Ame Austin directed the activities of 200 fashion retail locations and more than 5,000 points of sale through major department stores, licensed products and e-commerce, with gross annual revenue across all brand channels in excess of $50 million.

A mentor to fledgling fashionistas through her work for many years as part of the Adjunct Faculty of Otis School of Art & Design, Ame brings a timeless point of view to the business of fashion and applies it to the development of retail brands.
