    Accessibility

The orchestra section at the Linda Ronstadt Music Hall uses continental-style seating: the rows are up to 59 seats wide, with aisles only at the far left and right sides. The rows in the orchestra section are, however, quite spacious at 41 inches from each row to the next. Row A sits several feet below the stage, and each row in the orchestra section sits 4 inches higher than the row in front of it.

The balcony at the Linda Ronstadt Music Hall does have aisles running through the seats, with no more than 14 seats between aisles. The balcony rows are more tightly spaced with only 34 inches between rows. Each row sits 14 to 15 inches higher than the row in front of it. There is elevator access to the balcony entrance, which is in between rows G and H. Except for the wheelchair-accessible seating, all balcony seats require stairs.

Some seats in the venue are designated as semi-ambulatory seating. These aisle seats have armrests which can swivel out to allow greater ease when entering the seat. Apply the accessibility slider to view available seating of this accessibility type when purchasing online.

The TSO offers wheelchair access to every event. Ushers will assist with directions and any accommodations. When purchasing your tickets online, apply the accessibility slider to view available accessible seating. When buying in person or over the phone, request wheelchair-accessible seating and adjacent seating for your companions.

Parking for vehicles with disabled parking permits is available at all venues on a first-come, first-served basis. For performances at The Linda Ronstadt Music Hall, Parking Lot C (enter from Granada Avenue) has many disabled parking spaces both inside the garage and in the surface lot.

Assisted listening devices are available. Ask staff inside the Linda Ronstadt Music Hall lobby for a device. We will hold your ID until the device is returned when you leave the performance. The assisted listening system at the venue is not a T-coil-compatible system.

Contact the TSO if you have any additional questions about accessibility, or have accessibility needs different from those mentioned here.

    Food & Beverage

Wine, coffee and light sweet treats are available inside the Music Hall. For our Classic series, only beverages are allowed inside the hall. For all Special Events, both food and beverage are permitted.

The downtown area is also home to many fantastic local restaurants and bars perfect for pre- or post-performance stops.
