Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access

The Tucson Symphony believes that the values of inclusion, diversity, equity and access (IDEA) are essential to the vision of a symphony that serves all of Tucson and Southern Arizona. Our IDEA goals, as a community-supported organization, are:

• To create new opportunities for people to be involved and engaged in what we do in the concert hall, in schools and in all our communities.
• To amplify the unique voices that have gone unheard in the symphonic setting for far too long.
• To reflect the rich diversity of our region, and therefore to make us stronger and more relevant.

We are committed to implementing a plan that will realize these goals.
