The Leo Rich Theater is one of the venues at Tucson Convention Center in downtown Tucson, located between Church and Granada Avenues and between Cushing Street and Broadway Boulevard. The address of the TCC is 260 S. Church Ave., and the theater is at the east side of the city block quite near that street address. Traveling from Interstate 10, take exit 258 and travel east on Congress St./Broadway Blvd. Turn right onto Church Ave. (or another street, depending on the parking location you choose).

Tucson Convention Center venues have a clear bag policy. The largest non-clear bag allowed is a 8″ × 5″ clutch. All other bags must be clear, no larger than 14″ × 16″. Bags with backpack straps are not permitted. Bags used to transport medical and childcare equipment are allowed exceptions to this rule.

Parking for downtown Tucson events can often become congested, especially when concurrent events take place at TCC venues. The closest parking to the Leo Rich Theater is TCC Garage A, with its entrance at 260 S. Church Ave. Other parking lots and garages are available in the surrounding blocks, but do not park in residential neighborhoods or in lots belonging to private restaurants and businesses.

Passenger drop-off is available on Church Ave. just south of the Flin Apartments, at a sidewalk running along the north side of the theater to Church Ave.

TCC is convenient to the Sun Link Streetcar line. Park anywhere along the route (University, Fourth Avenue, Downtown, or the Mercado District) and ride to the Church Avenue stop, which is just north of the Leo Rich Theater.
