Tahiti For Two

A program of musical theater opens with Shostakovich’s orchestration of a song from a Russian musical based on the tune, “Tea for Two” and continues with Bernstein dances from On the Town and finally the concert version of Trouble in Tahiti, his one-act opera from the early ’50s about life in suburban America.
